We established the brand-new team at Center of Excellence dedicated to our new insurance core system IDIT development and looking for a new implementation engineer to be a part of it.  This applicant will become a part of the IDIT project team in Gjensidige Nordics as well as will work closely with the Workflow team in Norway.

Responsibilities:

As an implementation engineer, you will work between business and technology in expanding teams. Furthermore, you will have a close dialogue with the business areas in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and our new core system supplier.

Typical work tasks will be:

  • Clarify requirements and needs in connection with workflows from the business areas.
  • Configure and implement workflows in our new core system IDIT.
  • Ensure that documentation is structured and updated.
  • Manage and further develop existing workflows.
  • Assist/advice for business at workflows.

    By working in this position, you are building competence about our core system and business processes which is valuable in large parts of the organization and will provide opportunities for other types of tasks and roles in the long run if desired.

About you:

  • Experience in the field of IT. Might be a student.
  • Knowledge of SQL and data warehousing is an advantage.
  • General understanding of IT systems’ architecture, solutions design.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Knowledge about insurance is an advantage.
  • We are not expecting you to know everything, but hope you are curious and excited to develop your skills and share your knowledge with others.
  • Ready to work in an international environment across different countries and excited to travel to Scandinavian countries.

Salary range offered for this position is from 1809 Eur to 2714 Eur before taxes. The final salary for this position depends on the selected candidates skills and competence. According to Gjensidige remuneration policy, salary is only a part of the remuneration package. Employees are provided with the benefits, such as additional winter holidays, health and life insurance and many others.
