UX Designer is responsible for full user experience and user interface design for Gjensidige portals (website, self-service, mobile applications). If you are passionate about turning online solutions into something clients enjoy using, this could be the role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to achieve online channels performance indicators for digital engagement and customer satisfaction;
- Produce high-quality UX designs using wireframes, flow diagrams and prototypes;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design UI elements, such as search boxes, navigation menus, widgets, and tabs, for the company’s digital assets using various UI/UX tools;
- Test UI elements, such as banners, page designs, page layouts and target links;
- Provide support to the digital solutions design through knowledge sharing and consistent demonstration of leading design practices.
About you:
- Energetic, positive attitude, team player with a go-getter attitude;
- Experience creating high-quality UX designs using wireframes, flow diagrams, prototypes, and storyboards;
- Ability to design various user interface elements;
- Experience working with a content management system, Google Analytics, SEO would be considered an advantage;
- Strong people skills and ability to effectively engage colleagues and stakeholders across the business;
- Fluency in English language.

Salary range offered for this position is from 2684 EUR to 4027 EUR before taxes. The final salary for this position depends on the selected candidate‘s skills and competence. According to Gjensidige remuneration policy, salary is only a part of the remuneration package. Employees are provided with the benefits, such as additional winter holidays, health and life insurance and many other.
