ICT operates, develops and manages systems for the group's insurance business, in addition to providing support to other areas. ICT manages a portfolio system of both proprietary and bought systems based on different technologies and platforms. The unit consists of 125 employees and has a scalable and competent organization which can handle variations in both the workload and competencies.
You will belong to department ICT Development which has primary responsibility for the development and management of mainframe and distributed computing and application operations. The department has approximately 40 employees: project managers, developers and specialist areas and 4 team leaders.
Team ICT Development Project is responsible for implementation of development projects and larger administrative tasks. Project works closely with the business units and the various development environments, and is responsible for deliveries in all phases. Project management is responsible for maintaining the planning and methodology updated in relation to developments in the market. The team is an important contributor for the Gjensidige when their growth and effektiviseringsmål.
As Senior Project Manager you will be working with IT in one of Norway's leading companies in banking and insurance.
You have a higher education and more than 5 years experience as a project manager. You are updated on methodology, and has experience in agile development. You have knowledge of, and enjoy working in, the interface between technology and business processes.
As a person you are proactive, solution-oriented, structured and analytical. You inspires confidence and is a relationship builder. You have good oral and written presentation skills in Norwegian and English.
