JOB DESCRIPTION
• Identification, assessment and monitoring of company’s compliance risk, development of compliance risk mitigation measures and their implementation;
• Implementation of compliance program within the company, performance of compliance controls and investigations, provision of consultations on compliance issues;
• Improvement of employees’ competences and organization of trainings in the field of compliance;
• Cooperation with Supervisory authorities and Gjensidige group compliance officers;
• Preparation of quarterly and annual compliance reports to Gjensidige group and Management Board of the Company;
• Participation in various projects within the company to strengthen the compliance framework.
WE HOPE THAT YOU:
• Have university education in law;
• Have experience working in legal, compliance or internal control areas. Experience in financial sector would be an advantage;
• Are highly analytical and pay strong attention to details;
• Have knowledge of national and EU legal requirements, especially in the field of insurance;
• Are capable of coordinating efforts across multi- functional areas;
• Have excellent communication skills;
• Are proactive and persistent;
• Are fluent in Lithuanian and have excellent English language skills.
Salary range offered for this position is from 2388 EUR to 3582 EUR before taxes. The final salary for this position depends on the selected candidate‘s skills and competence. According to Gjensidige remuneration policy, salary is only a part of the remuneration package.
