We are looking for a highly skilled and business-oriented data scientist (Pricing Actuary, Analyst Baltics), who will take key roles in the development of pricing and risk models for our insurance products in the three Baltic countries. This position is part of the pricing team in the Analytics, Mass Product and Pricing division. You will participate in projects, knowledge sharing and trainings with other pricing actuaries and analysts from the Baltics and Nordics, and build best practices in data science, pricing, and analytics.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Risk modelling and demand modelling using GLM, machine learning, and other types of models;
· Model monitoring, dashboard development, data-driven app development, and forecasting;
· Deploying models, APIs and apps using MLOps pipelines;
· Other strategic data-driven initiatives.
WE HOPE THAT YOU :
· Have higher education in econometrics, statistics, data science, data engineering, actuarial sciences, mathematics, or similar;
· Have experience in statistical modelling, data science, machine learning, data engineering, MLOps, insurance pricing, insurance reserving, or similar;
· Have experience with data analysis tools (for example R or similar tools).
The salary range offered for this position is from 3051 EUR to 4576 EUR before taxes. The final salary for this position depends on the selected candidate‘s skills and competence. According to Gjensidige’s remuneration policy, salary is only a part of the remuneration package.
